Dear fellow Toastmasters, Hohoho
St. Nicholas was not able to join us last Wednesday but he sent his helpers, so we had a fabulous evening.
Listening to the heartbreaking Icebreaker of Anne, having a break abroad. Discussing with Maija how to increase speakers at competitions. Finally we nominated two volunteers:
Christian Bl. – to evaluate the needs of possible competitors
Claudia – to organize the next training session for competitors (sure you accept the brillant vote)
The table topics by Christian were under the subject of St. Nicholas and Santa Claus. Wolfram, Sarah, Maija and Hubert philosophize about old beer, apple as a gift, rejected gifts and its traditions.
The word of the evening was 8: With a massive usage.
And the winners are:
Anne – best prepared speech
Sarah – best table topic speech
Sarah – best evaluation speech
Anne – best usage of the WoE
