Die Kölner Sprechbar zeigte erneut, wie Toastmasters International dabei hilft, frei sprechen zu lernen, Selbstvertrauen aufzubauen und kommunikative Fähigkeiten für Beruf und persönliche Entwicklung zu stärken. Meral eröffnete mit einem Tipp über Mut und Angst; Christian K. sorgte mit einem spontanen Jom-Kippur-Witz für Leichtigkeit.
Melanie C. hielt mit „From Lab to Life“ die beste vorbereitete Rede und machte die Physik der Dämmung lebendig. Gast Peter sprach über Authentizität und darüber, wann Ehrlichkeit stärkt und wann Diskretion schützt.
Die von S. Bahs geleiteten Stegreifreden verbanden Einsicht und Humor: Tim sprach über Lebensfreude, Ana über Selbstwahrnehmung und Verbindung, René über ein lebensveränderndes Risiko und Sasha persönlich und humorvoll. René gewann die beste Stegreifrede.
Sarah B. und Tim S. gaben konstruktives Feedback, Mel C. bewertete die Stegreifreden, Sasha berichtete als Ah-Counterin und René führte das Quiz durch. Der Abend verband öffentliches Reden, Führung und persönliche Entwicklung und zeigte, wie freudvoll wirksame Kommunikation sein kann.
